OARTY Privacy Policy

OARTY respects the privacy of our members, donors, sponsors and stakeholders. We are committed to protecting the personal information which you provide and assure that such information will be used exclusively for the purpose identified at the time of collection. Only authorized personnel have access to personal information based on the business needs for which it was collected. Physical, administrative and technical measures are currently in place to ensure that information is not disclosed for reasons other than the original purpose for which it was collected. Publicly available information or business contact information is not considered personal information. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information regarding this policy.

OARTY Refund Policy

If you change your mind for any justifiable reason following payment, OARTY would be pleased to honour your decision and provide a refund upon receipt of a refund request. Refunds are issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original transaction, or by cheque if the transaction was made by cheque, money order or cash.
